Before attending a TWA course we encourage participants to meet with their line manager and to agree a learning objective to work towards on returning to the workplace.  By setting clear objectives you will help to ensure that participants get real value from your investment in their development and that they fully understand the purpose of the training to be received.

We always remind participants that training courses are only truly of value when a decision is made to act on the new knowledge and skills they have learnt.  We also ask participants to make a commitment in writing as to what they will do differently at the end of the course.

To help you achieve the most from your TWA training we have included two PDF templates that you can use:

Pre-course briefing with participant

Post course evaluation and action plan

Testimonial: Oval Insurance Broking Ltd, Chichester.

“We have been impressed with the work that you carried out for us; especially the individual bespoke course which was delivered by you within the timescales and the content was relevant to our business. We have received excellent feedback from the staff who felt that the course helped them to understand the meaning of excellent customer service and gave them practical ways in which to provide this service. We would have no hesitation in using your services in the future.”

Testimonial: Realty Property Solutions Ltd

"I recently enrolled a young female member of staff on a 3-part training course with your company to assist her in confidence and assertiveness. She has now carried out 2 of the 3 sessions and I have been very pleased how she has responded and it is making a difference to her performance at work. I look forward to Katie completing this course and for myself and other members of staff to benefit from your courses in the future. I will certainly be recommending your services."
