Apprenticeship?

We have used The Way Ahead on numerous occassions for a variety of different courses. The courses have always been very well presented and tailored to fit the needs of the individual. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Way Ahead to anyone.

With the help of Claire at The Way Ahead, I was able to create a database in a format I can use to extract the information I need, with ease. Claire also made the effort to call me after the training sessions to make sure I was happy and my database was progressing well.

The course opened my eyes to how important customers are. In order to keep that customer, it is important to listen and understand....it was good fun and I felt involved. Lots of debate and discussion.

As a business owner I was looking purely at the "work" side of the business, NOT the financial side. Were the jobs getting done, did the workmen have everything the need, were the customers happy, etc., etc.

After a chat with you I realised that, whilst this aspect was obviously important, I also had to know my figures inside out. After all, why work so very hard for such little reward? I actually needed to be far more into the number crunching, which is not something I find easy.

However, I now know this is ESSENTIAL to the success of my business, and NOT simply something I have to do every now and then.
