Who is this course designed for?
One of our first lessons in Management is that conflict is inevitable within an organisation. It is a sign that the organisation is healthy when arguments and ideas are openly expressed, and when employees feel that they can express their views without fear of damaging repercussions.
However, there are bound to be times when the Objectives, Values or Needs of the group or the individual do not coincide. It is here that conflict will emerge.
This workshop aims to help you to communicate more successfully with others, by managing your behaviour appropriately, according to the need.
